HITPO
HIT has introduced its own, original system allowing students to keep a time series-based record of their various university activities and experiences, including course completion planning, extracurricular activities, future planning and job search activities. By enabling students to review the recorded information at any time, this facilitates a PDCA (plan, do, check, adjust) cycle approach that will help students help themselves to progressively grow in the direction they choose. This information is shared with faculty and staff who then help students come up with shared goals that the faculty and staff can provide tailored support in achieving.
Notifications
Allows students to check notifications sent by the university, find out if they should report to the consultation counter, or learn various other status information.
Class Cancellations / Make-Up Lectures
Allows students to find out about class cancellations, make-up lectures and classroom changes.
Course Management System
Allows students to receive electronic instructional materials and other materials needed for class, as well as to submit reports.
Web Course Enrollment Application System
Used to submit course subject enrollment applications.
Student Portfolio
Allows students to keep a record of their various activities and experiences at university.
My Schedule, Attendance Confirmation System
Allows students to check the time schedule and their attendance record for the course subjects that they have applied for.
